London Borough of Bexley Council has entered into a partnership with DDM Health to empower residents to live healthier lifestyles.

The free Gro Health weight management programme available both online and in person combines digital tools with traditional coaching methods.

Gro Health participants will benefit from holistic education, recipes, on-demand exercise classes and group and one-to-one health coaching available in a range of languages.
