The centre-page spread highlighted how thousands of people across Ireland can improve their health and wellbeing with the Gro Health app.

The Gro Health app provides support on the 4 key pillars of health: nutrition, sleep, activity and wellbeing.The nutrition area of the app contains the same 12 modules contained in the multi-award-winning Low Carb Program, localised for the Irish population and co-designed with 5,000 people in Ireland.
