DDM project wins funding from The Association for the Study of Obesity

DDM is delighted to announce that The AlleGro real-world study has been awarded funding from The Association for the Study of Obesity. Dr Georgios Dimitriadis is lead investigator for this collaborative project with King's College London and Imperial College London teams which was awarded full funding from the Digital Weight Management Services Research Grant.

The grant, which has been provided to evaluate remote and digital weight management services will fund the evaluation of Gro Health in a Tier 3 and Tier 4 obesity service.

Charlotte Summers, Chief Operating Officer and Head of Research at DDM said: "I'm delighted to be working with Dr Georgios Dimitriadis and the King's and Imperial teams to evaluate the impact of the Gro Health app in Tier 3 and Tier 4 obesity services."
