DDM and Barts NHS Health Trust receive NHSX Digital Health Partnership Award funding

DDM Health in partnership with Barts Health NHS Trust has been awarded funding by NHSX's Digital Health Partnership Award.

The Award brings together partners critical to the scaling of digital health technology. These include: technology partners, patient activation and adoption and outcomes, benefits realisation.

As part of the Phase 2 Award, DDM Health will scale its technology across St Bart's to reduce waiting times, increase service capacity, reduce health inequalities and improve patient outcomes.

The focus will be to improve a range of obesity associated comorbidities, including diabetes mellitus, hypertension, liver disease, and depression with DDM's Gro Health digital therapeutic.
