1. Eligibility: This promotion is open only to individuals who are residents of West Sussex, England, and aged 18 years or older. Participants must meet all eligibility criteria for the Tier 2 Weight Management Service ("the Service") as outlined by the service provider. Employees of the service provider, their family members, or anyone else connected with the promotion are not eligible to participate.

2. Promotional period: The promotion begins on March 26, 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM GMT on March 31, 2024. The offer is valid while supplies last and subject to availability.

3. How to participate: Eligible individuals must join the Tier 2 Weight Management Service before the end of the promotional period. Joining the Service is defined as completing the initial enrollment process, including but not limited to, submitting any required forms and attending a baseline session.

4. Voucher reward: A £10 Amazon Voucher will be awarded to eligible participants who join the Service before the end of the promotional period and subsequently complete both their baseline session and follow-up sessions (week 12) as required by the Service. The voucher is non-transferable, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

5. Issuance of vouchers: Vouchers will be issued within 30 days of the participant completing their follow-up session. Vouchers will be sent to the email address provided by the participant at the time of enrollment.

6. Limitations: Limit one voucher per eligible participant. The voucher is subject to terms and conditions as set forth by Amazon. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the voucher with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

7. Data protection: Participants agree to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal information for the purposes of administering this promotion. All personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations and the promoter’s privacy policy.

8. Changes and cancellations: The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.

9. Governing law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
