West Northamptonshire Council and DDM partner to empower residents with Gro Health

DDM Health is excited to share the news of our collaboration with West Northamptonshire Council to enhance weight management in the area.

Our award-winning weight management service, Gro Health, is supporting residents of West Northamptonshire in their journey towards achieving and maintaining a healthy weight.

The service is being delivered face-to-face in the community and is also available digitally.

Making the new service as easy to access as possible, eligible residents can access this support directly via https://grohealth.com/west-northants or through a referral from their healthcare professional.  Details on eligibility can be found on the website.

The effectiveness of the Gro Health app is backed by six peer-reviewed studies, demonstrating impressive outcomes such as an average 6.5% weight loss at six months, an 8% improvement in quality of life, and significant reductions in stress, anxiety, and depression symptoms.

We are eager to see the positive changes our program will bring to the community and look forward to continuing our work with West Northamptonshire Council to enhance the wellbeing of its residents.
